From the business owner, Janeene Yarber Silvester:
I’ve always enjoyed home organization, volunteering at thrift shops, hosting sales for friends/neighbors and staging homes. In 2010, I started working as ThriftFrog and began helping clients to organize their homes and downsize.
While serving in the military, I learned the importance of hard work, how to be an effective leader and how to improve my organizational skills.
In 2014, I then earned the Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) & Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certifications as a real estate agent and property manager in NoVA.
In 2017, I partnered with a local auctioneer/appraiser, met more like-minded individuals interested in helping others and Fairfax Estate Sales & ThriftFrog Valet was officially formed.
Our team enjoys the satisfaction we get from helping folks get organized, declutter and successfully transition to their new living situation.
